Take a break for a minute or two and then start again. You will feel the contractions taking place. For the second acupressure point, try and press the point for a while, if you are on the right spot then it will feel a bit sore.

Press it and rub the point in a circular motion. Again you will feel that with the rubbing you are having some contractions.
